Our services include live workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and group training programs designed to build focus and resilience in demanding schedules.

3.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start without penalty. Requests for rescheduling must be submitted via our contact form.

3.2 No-Refund Justification

Due to limited class sizes and the preparation required, fees for booked services are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another available session by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Digital Products

Digital products include online courses, e-books, and recorded webinars designed for asynchronous learning.

4.1 Refund Policy for Digital Products

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided less than 30 percent of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact us, and we will issue your refund to the original payment method within seven business days of approval.

5. Goods

Our goods include branded items such as apparel, accessories, and printed materials.

5.1 Refund and swap Policy for Goods

If an item is defective or damaged, you may request an swap or refund within 30 days of delivery. To initiate this process, ship the item back to our address at no cost to you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven business days of receipt of the item.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD). Payment is due upon registration or purchase. We accept major credit cards and other methods as indicated during checkout.

7. Shipping

Goods will ship within five business days of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays by shipping carriers.
